Demote persistent file to ephemeral
POST/v1/ephemeral/demote
Copy a persistent file to ephemeral storage and delete all persistent aliases. The file will expire after 24 hours in ephemeral storage.
Project Scoping: Requires X-Project-ID header for OAuth authentication to identify which project's file to demote.
