Upload an ephemeral file

Upload a file to temporary storage. Ephemeral files expire after 24 hours and are used for job inputs/outputs and temporary processing.

Files are content-addressed (stored by SHA-256 hash) and automatically deduplicated - uploading the same content returns the existing file.

No project context is required for ephemeral files.
